Meet with Jay, ask questions, discuss your goals and past exercise experience (if any) free of charge. Jay will help you map out a potential program that will meet your needs and expectations.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Limit 8 persons per group. These groups consist of indoor training in a club atmosphere, with equipment to isolate each muscle group in the body. This type of small group training can provide additional motivation and can be more pocketbook-friendly. $299 per month.
GETTING MARRIED?
This is an exciting time—you want to look your best! Jay will design a program to maximize your results before the big day. Not as part of a group, but a workout designed just for you. For brides and/or grooms.
JUST HAD A BABY?
Ready to tighten that body back up? You can do this in one of Jay’s small groups, or Jay will work with you one-on-one if you prefer. It’s time to get back into those favorite jeans!
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:
Personal Training
All sessions may be used at the client’s discretion. You may wish to train as little as once
per week or as often as five times per week. Training
sessions are offered Monday-Saturday. Add a spouse or a friend for $15 more
per session.

Body Composition Analysis
Body composition testing is done with a FUTREX-5000i Body Fat and Fitness Computer, the same machine used at many hospitals. (For non-clients, this service is offered for $45.)
Nutritional Guidance
Nutritional guidance will be incorporated into your fitness program. (Nutritional Consultations for
non-clients are offered for $95.) |
